Twinless follows Roman (Dylan O’Brien), a man grappling with the sudden and devastating loss of his identical twin brother, Rocky—also portrayed by O’Brien. After the funeral, Roman seeks solace and community by attending a support group designed specifically for individuals who have lost their twin. It’s there he meets Dennis (James Sweeney), another man navigating the void left by a missing other half. Though strikingly different—Dennis is cultured, sensitive, and openly gay, while Roman is more laid-back and unpolished—the pair strike up an unexpected and intense bond rooted in shared grief.
