Ticket Policy
All ticket sales are final, and refunds are not available. However, unused tickets can be exchanged for a pass valid for a future showtime.
Unless otherwise specified, all screenings and events at Hi-Pointe Theatre offer general admission seating.
Box Office Hours
The Hi-Pointe Box Office opens 30 minutes before the first screening of the day. For later screenings, tickets can be purchased starting 30 minutes after the previous show ends. The Box Office closes 30 minutes after the last screening of the day.
Ticket Prices and Fees
ALL FILMS – GENERAL ADMISSION
- General Admission: $11.00
- Seniors (65+ AARP): $8.00
- Students: $8.00
- Children: Free (7 and under)
- Discount Mondays: $5.00
- Double Features (i.e. two films screening back-to-back and listed as a “double feature”): $16 general admission; $14 students, and seniors.
- Special Events: Ticket prices vary, see individual event descriptions for details.
Group Rates
Special group rates are available for parties of 10 or more. Contact us for more info at

Code of Conduct
The Hi-Pointe Theatre is committed to creating a safe, respectful, inclusive, and enjoyable environment for all to experience movies and events. This Code of Conduct applies to everyone at our venue, as well as participants on our social media platforms. All guests, staff, volunteers, vendors, and press are expected to uphold the same standards.
We reserve the right to remove or ban anyone who fails to follow the Code of Conduct.
Although safety can be different for each individual related to personal preferences or expressed identities, we define it to mean an environment that is free of harassment of any kind, including:
- Intimidation or threats
- Inappropriate disruption of events
- Hurtful language
- Physical assault of any type
- Inappropriate physical contact
- Unwanted sexual attention
- Unwanted photography or video recording
- Bullying or stalking
Especially in connection to:
- Race or ethnicity
- National origin
- Gender identity or presentation
- Sex or sexual orientation
- Age
- Disability, medical condition, or pregnancy
- Religion
- Citizenship status
And of course, please do not talk or use your phone (or anything that produces light) once the lights go down unless there is an emergency.
What to Do
If you experience or witness harassment, please inform the nearest staff member immediately.
If you are asked by another guest, Hi-Pointe staff, or a volunteer to stop any harassing or disruptive behavior, stop at once—no exceptions.
Our team will handle the situation promptly.
If you feel unsafe, notify our staff, move to a safe location, and call 911. Remember, reporting to The Hi-Pointe does not substitute for notifying local law enforcement.
