GRAVEYARD SHIFT 2: OVERTIME
Punch back in for another overnight horror shift!
The Graveyard Shift is back and this time, we’re working OVERTIME. From 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, the Hi-Pointe Theatre becomes a haunted workplace of nightmares, with an all-night lineup of horror designed to test who can make it until dawn.
Clock in before the first film at 8:00 PM and settle in for a night of movies, giveaways, rare trailers, hand-picked short films, surprises, and much-needed breaks before we finally punch out around 5:00 AM.
NIGHT SHIFT — $40
Punch in for five films until dawn, entry into the Graveyard Shift raffle featuring giveaways and surprises throughout the night, an official time card to track your survival, enjoy a complimentary beer and endless coffee to keep you awake until the final punch-out.
OVERTIME VIP — $60
Everything included in the Night Shift ticket, plus unlimited popcorn and fountain drink refills throughout the night, and an exclusive Graveyard Shift 2: Overtime T-shirt to prove you survived the shift.

7:00–8:00 PM — The Summoning
Your shift begins here. Report to the Hi-Pointe between 7:00 and 8:00 PM and punch in on the Graveyard Shift time clock before settling in for the long night ahead. Join your fellow night-shift workers for a pre-marathon gathering featuring cocktails, music, strange sights, and other pre-shift diversions as we summon the spirits and prepare for nine hours of horror.
The Fly (35MM)
David Cronenberg’s reimagining of the 1958 science-fiction classic transforms its monster-movie premise into a tragic love story about disease, aging, mortality and the terrifying betrayal of the human body. Jeff Goldblum and Geena Davis star.
It’s Alive (35MM)
Writer-director Larry Cohen turns an outrageous exploitation premise into a surprisingly affecting mixture of monster movie, family tragedy and social satire, with John P. Ryan and Sharon Farrell as the terrified parents, creature effects by Rick Baker, and an ominous score by legendary composer Bernard Herrmann. AFI confirms Cohen as writer, director and producer, Baker on makeup, and Herrmann as composer.
11:15–11:30 PM —GRAVEYARD SHIFT RAFFLE
Working the Graveyard Shift has its benefits. We’ll be giving away prizes to a few lucky night-shift workers.

Piranha 3D
Director Alexandre Aja (High Tension, The Hills Have Eyes) embraces the anything-goes spirit of exploitation cinema, turning the killer-fish movie into an unapologetically excessive mixture of horror, comedy and splatter spectacle. The cast also includes Adam Scott, Ving Rhames, Jerry O’Connell, Christopher Lloyd, and—in a wonderfully knowing nod to Jaws—Richard Dreyfuss.
